Time Gimbal sketch

A new super hero oc I created. I was thinking about Hourman & Vision when I came up with him. Both comic book characters I know very little about.  He creates time fields in which he can slow stop or reverse time. Or something like that. He has some weird time related powers in any case. This is my first sketch of him
